Overnight we received a hotfix for the crafting bug which resets a character's craft level to zero for that tier. The fix will prevent any more characters from getting their proficiency XP reset, but all characters that have logged in and were affected will not be reverted by this fix. This issue is being investigated further to discover whether characters' crafting points/levels can be recovered. In the meantime, please refrain from logging in any other characters.
